WE ARE SO CERTAIN OF OUR PRODUCTS QUALITY THAT WE WILL OFFER A REFUND IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH OUR PRODUCTS! (Please see guidelines below for more details).

 

If you recieve your items and are unhappy with them we are happy to issue a refund. You must email within 3 days and tell us why you are unhappy with the items.(We have not had any returns to date!) We will give you authorisation to return the products. Items must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition they were despatched in! Returns must be received by us within 7 days. We will then issue a refund no problem!

 

UNAUTHORISED RETURNS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED YOU MUST GET PERMISSION FROM US VIA EMAIL BEFORE RETURNING ANY GOODS!

BEING A MEMBER OF THE FAIR TRADE SCHEME CONTINUALLY CHECKS THAT OUR PRODUCTS ARE OF EXCELLENT QUALITY, THAT ALL OUR CUSTOMERS ARE HAPPY ONES AND THAT OUR PRICES AND POSTAGE COSTS ARE AS THEY SHOULD BE! ANY TRANSACTION THAT FALLS BELOW PAR LEADS TO MEMBERSHIP BEING WITHDRAWN! THIS ENABLES OUR CUSTOMERS TO BUY FROM US WITH CONFIDENCE!
